The Salmon is then soaked in a traditional centuries-old curing brine to give it the delicious taste that makes Copper River Smoked Salmon so distinctively delicious. The cured Salmon is then smoked to perfection with the natural flavors of Alder, Mesquite and Apple. Quick & Easy Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe: Remove skin from Salmon (It peels off very easily). Place contents of one jar into a food processorAdd 1/3rd of a red or green pepper and 1/3 Red Onion cut into 1-inch piecesDice one large (or 2 small) garlic fine and place into Food ProcessorCut a small Jalapeno into very fine dice and place in Food Processor (If you want a lot of heat, include the white membrane from the pepper. If not - remove it) Add 1 Package (6 to 8 ounces) of Cream Cheese. Add salt,pepper to taste and 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon. Enjoy !!!
