SASANIAN IMPERIAL SMOKED SALMON BALIK IS SKIN-OFF, ZERO GREY MEAT, NO BLOODLINE, CENTER CUT FILET. We use fresh, sustainable stock with NO GMOs and NO ANTIBIOTICS. Our salmon is cured with pink Himalayan salt, fresh dill, brown sugar, juniper, fresh beets, fresh ginger and coriander. It is slow smoked with sustainable oak sawdust. We operate in a pristine environment in full compliance of rigorous hygiene standards.
