About Uncle Shrimp Uncle Shrimp collaborates with shrimp farms in Yunlin, Taiwan to bring their naturally farmed shrimp to the consumer in a delicious snack. These shrimp farms do not use any chemicals nor antibiotics to raise their shrimp. After harvesting, the shrimp are given a "spa" treatment to naturally expel the grit in the vein instead of a physical deveining process which does not damage and harm the shrimp.
